Consumer Research

Initially developed by the GWA, the Gardening Trends Research Report is now a program of the GWA Foundation. The objective of the program is to conduct a series of national consumer surveys that help identify consumer gardening attitudes and activities.
The Gardening Trends Research Report focuses on forecasting consumer actions 3-4 months in advance of each major gardening season.
The results of the survey research are provided to the members of the Garden Writers Association to promote gardening using public media such as newspapers, magazines, newsletters, and radio/television programs. Click here to view Foundation Consumer Research Activities
