Booth Space
The layout of exhibit space is shown above. All booths are 10' (D) x 10' (W). The location of each booth is believed to be accurate but is only warranted to be approximate. A reminder, double end-caps are 10' (D) x 20' (W). No exhibit display shall exceed 8' in height.

Booth Space Assignment
No space will be committed without a signed exhibit contract and full payment. Sponsors will receive seniority in space assignments followed by prior exhibitors and members. Exhibitors may apply for three choices and the manager will assign space based on seniority and date of receipt. Space assignments will be confirmed at the end of the priority period on March 1, 2013. After March 1st, all space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, except the area reserved for program sponsors. The exhibit manager reserves the right to refuse space to any potential exhibitor and/or shift space assignment after the contract has been signed, if it is necessary to do so in his/her judgment.

Payments & Cancellations
In the event of cancellation by the Exhibitor, the GWA reserves the right to rent canceled space to anyone else without obligation to the canceling exhibitor. The exhibit manager reserves the right to dispose of unpaid space and the right to dispose of space that is contracted and paid for, but which is not occupied, when the Exhibition officially opens. Cancellations received before June 14, 2013, will receive a 50% refund. After June 14, 2013, no refunds will be issued.
